To upgrade dmanager V3 -> V4  read UPGRADE.en.txt

To INSTALL dmanager V4, you need the following config : 
- a web server
- php5
- A MySQL database

The install process is easy :

1. Go to http://www.dmanager.org
2. Download the file dmanager_4.0.tar.gz
3. Unzip the file
4. Upload the files in a publicly available directory
5. Go to the corresponding url.
6. Fill the form
7. That's it ! No special configuration process is needed !

The document manager is available in french, english and spanish
If you want to translate it to another language, you just have
to translate the sentences in php/lang_fr.php
